Hi! Personally, I always use the Paysafe app, it's super easy. You scan the code and boom, you have your balance instantly 📱. Otherwise, on their site, you have to go to the "Check balance" section and enter the 16-digit code. True, it's not very visible, but it works well once you find it 😉. Hope this helps!
